How soakies work
The highly-absorbent polymer in the interior swiftly absorbs blood, condensate and
other undesirable liquids and binds them permanently and safely as an SAP gel.
Bound in fabric in an HDPE foil bag or folded as fabric layers, the SAP powder can be
moulded to a variety of shapes.
With a variety of sizes and absorption capacities ranging from 30 ml to 6 litres (up to
10 l/m²), the soakies range covers practically every conceivable application. Our
products can be easily adapted to customer requirements (e.g. in terms of size,
colour, material combinations or absorption capacity).

As soon as liquids come
into contact with the
ultra-
absorbent polymer, the
crystallisation process is
triggered which immediately
binds the liquids to a solid
SAP gel. |
